Best known for his regular appearances at both  London and Manchester Comedy Store’s, Roger Monkhouse is something of a legend on the circuit.  A complete mastery of the English language dressed in oodles of gentlemanly charm will win over the coldest of crowds making Roger one the very best comperes working today. It’s not all off the cuff stuff though; there are decades of class routines, observations and bankable gags in reserve too. One of the very best.

Once famously described as “Spewing out one-liners like he had just scoffed a dodgy prawn” by the Daily Record, Aberdonian Paul Pirie‘s brand of high energy lunacy puts him very firmly in the Robin Williams school of comedic performance. Everyday tales of domestic mishap are vividly brought to life by Pirie’s manic antics. Be prepared for the unexpected and some very silly noises too.

Toronto’s Allyson June Smith gave up her teaching job and headed for these shores a fair few years ago now. Currently dividing her time between the Canadian and UK comedy circuits, Allyson has played all the big UK clubs and been tour support for some of Britain’s biggest comedians including Jason Manford who says she is “One of the funniest comedians I’ve ever worked with”.  Bradford’s Howard Walker takes the middle spot
