Joey Page, Raymond Mearns, Hatty Preston and MC Liam Pickford all at Manchester Rugby Club  Scroll down for comedians’ details

Acts subject to change. Fully seated. 18+ Proper sweary swearing. We want all our guests to have a great night so please respect those around you by turning off your phone and not talking whilst the show is in progress. We can only refund or reallocate if the show is cancelled. Thanks!

Joey Page was a cult comic, a hit at comedy festivals around the globe and popped up on Never Mind The Buzzcocks in it’s BBC 2 days. Now, there’s little better for a performer’s ego and reputation than being a cult but it can be tricky to pay those bills. Joey spent lockdown working on something more accessible and has struck the perfect pitch between ‘old’ Joey’s niche appeal and the instant, big laughs modern audiences expect. A stunningly original funnyman at the height of his game.

★★★★ “Laugh-out-loud” Australia Times ★★★★★ Three Weeks

Something of a comedy god in his native Scotland, the superbly sweary Raymond Mearns combines razor sharp observations with blinding improvisation and audience interaction to produce the most memorable comedy you are every likely to see. As well as performing stand up, Raymond has acted in everything from two films with legendary director Ken Loach to to the Cheesy Strings advert.

“Genius” Frankie Boyle “A man that knows how to swear properly” Billy Connolly “Loved watching him” Kevin Bridges

Hatty Preston is a London-born, Chicago-built comedian who played Princess Maribel in The Royals.  Liam Pickford is a nutter from Ashton who once took a show to the Edinburgh Fringe entitled ‘Your Love Is Like A Knackered Bus Stop I Can No Longer Be Arsed To Vandalise’ but he did such a solid job of compering last year’s show it would have been a crime not to get him back.

“Funny bones, and a scattergun mind that doesn’t quite work like anybody else’s.” Chortle
