Described as “frank, fast, and feisty,” Maureen Younger often reflects on being a single, child-free, lady of a certain age, yet fearlessly tackling subjects with honest humour and a healthy dash of attitude. A fluent French and German speaker, Maureen has lived across Europe—including the Soviet era Russia and Ukraine, Spain and Austria—before returning to her native North London to pursue her comedy career.
Maureen is a frequent contributor to BBC Radio London, BBC Radio 5 Live, and has appeared as a newspaper reviewer for Sky News. She is a co-host of the popular podcast WTB (Women Talking Bollocks) alongside fellow comedians Jen Brister and Allyson June Smith.

Since 1994, Paul ‘Silky’ White has avoided adulthood, wealth and financial security by doing something he loves instead. From Kendal Calling to Kuwait, Germany to Glastonbury, he’s been reported dead to the police, warmed up the Strictly Come Dancing audience and been Dr Who’s backing guitarist.
Silky also won the 2000 BAF Out There Award for Artistic Courage, after eprforming his stand up at Bakewell Arts Festival, to an audience who ahd booked to listen to folk music
‘Massively engaging guitar-playing stand-up whose instinctive rapport with audiences makes him welcome wherever he goes.’ The Guardian Guide ‘A very, very funny fella … just brilliant’ John Bishop
Your evening comes complete with Anthony Williams and your host is affable, quick-witted banter merchant, Dave Twentyman. Dave survived a childhood in St Helens by evolving rapid, startlingly-bright patter and a smile stolen from Barry Manilow. This is a man who could teach Teflon a trick-or-two but who remains vastly more fun than your average frying-pan. What higher praise can there be? A regular performer at many of the best weekend clubs in the country, Dave has also performed at music festivals including Leeds, V Festival and Download.
