Best known as a TV presenter it’s the arena of live, stand up comedy where Stephen really shines. Gossipy, bitchy, close to the bone even, but with such an infectious sense of fun everyone gets the joke and no one is left behind.

Alex Boardman cut his comedic teeth on the burgeoning Manchester scene with sets at the Frog & Bucket followed by an all nighter at The Hacienda! Family life has tempered the inner wild child but it’s certainly added to both the maturity and the relatability of his stand up. A gifted gag smith, Alex writes for a lot of big names and TV shows including John Bishop, A Question Of Sport and many we’re not allowed to say!
