Spanish/Welsh comedian Ignacio Lopez has Welsh/Irish and Moroccan/Spanish parents as well as a German sister. Unsurprisingly, he works internationally and performs in Welsh, Spanish and English but there is nothing he enjoys more than taking the piss out of British people directly to their faces. A total social media whore, Ignacio used the pandemic to deadly effect, putting his comedy online, running a weekly quiz, and showing people how to make Sangría, properly. Ignacio has received over 20 million views across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Career highlights include performing for the Welsh football squad, opening for Manic Street Preachers front man James Dean Bradfield and he made his debut on BBC’s Live At The Apollo in February 2023. When not gigging or online there is nothing he enjoys more than sitting on his sofa for 18 hours a day and occasionally crying in the bath.
“One of the hottest tickets I’ve been to this Fringe” One4Review
Comedian and ghost hunter, that’s Gateshead’s Barry Dodds! This former sailor has won hearts and minds up and down the country, both with his effortless stand up comedy and as one half of the team behind The Parapod podcast which is now The Parapod Movie!
“Even making me have to raise my game!” Jason Manford “Razor sharp humour” Metro
Thirty years after spectacularly shattering his ankle as a circus performer, Martin Mor turned his attention to the unsuspecting comedy circuit. Martin has established himself as one of the UK’s most popular and in-demand comedians. Martin has performed successfully at events of all description; from the Hammersmith Apollo to base camp at Everest, from Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour to a show for the inmates of an Italian prison!
“The UK comedy circuit would not be the same without him” Frankie Boyle
“He wore us out with laughter” The Scotsman “Deadly eejitness” The Herald
Your show is completed by Jules O’Brian who performs at venues and festivals around the country, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating. She is TalkTalk’s official voice and her silly writings feature frequently in magazines including Prima and MamaLife. This former teacher’s relaxed and chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser.
