Sometimes controversial but always downright funny, Carey Marx is an absolute must see. Long before turning his hand to comedy, Carey Marx was a magician who once made Princess Beatrice cry. A circuit veteran, Marx concocts his own blend of dark humour with mischief and glee. His wilful disregard for the controversial and taboo is tempered with his ability to find joy in the most unexpected places.

Your compere for the evening is Stephen Bailey, (Live at the Apollo, Celebrity Mastermind, Takeshi’s Castle etc). A proud Northern, working class, gay man. Best known as a TV presenter it’s the arena of live, stand up comedy where Stephen really shines. Gossipy, bitchy, close to the bone even, but with such an infectious sense of fun everyone gets the joke and no one is left behind.
