East Lancashire’s first ever community-owned pub has an excellent reputation for food , beer and good value. Set in the village of Belthorn, The Dog boasts a traditional bar area with wooden beams, stone flooring and a roaring log fire. Local, well kept, ales from various local breweries are available together with a range of draught and bottled lagers and ciders. The summer months see a marquee set up in the grounds which plays host to our comedy night on Friday 25 July.
